Hello everyone, once again we appreciate all the community members that have purchased one or more Sipher NEKOs, whether via the Public Sale or the Private Sale.

As stated in our Discord, we were able to meet all objectives of our Dutch Auction. However, there were some areas where we could have improved on, such as the length of the last price point (0.1 ETH). Unfortunately there were a number of pending transactions during this final price point given the large amount of participants trying to purchase NEKOs at the same time. This resulted in a certain amount of NEKOs being un-minted.

We feel like it would be most fair to give back to the community and NOT allocate all the un-minted NEKOs for selling to the guilds. As such, we will run a SECOND DUTCH AUCTION due to the fact that there were quite a number of transactions that were not processed on time by the blockchain, and also since we've noticed an increasing number of individuals that are still joining the Discord and asking if they can mint. Total NEKOs to available for purchase on the Second Dutch Auction: 1,945

• The initial number of un-minted NEKOs from the original Dutch Auction was around 1,760 NEKOs.

• There were 808 NEKOs allocated to be sold to guilds, with a significant portion of these being allocated directly from the Sipher Team's Treasury Wallet, and a smaller portion being allocated from the un-minted NEKOs from the Dutch Auction.

  

• After taking into consideration the un-minted private sale slots and an estimate of un-minted Guildmaster Tier 2 & 3 free mints, we also decided to add around 200 into the pool for the Second Dutch Auction. This leaves us with a total of 1,945 NEKOs un-minted NEKOs.

How will this Second Dutch Auction work?

1. As stated above there will ONLY be 1,945 available to be purchased in this Second Dutch Auction.
2. The original Dutch Auction contract will be RE-DEPLOYED for security purposes. This means that it will run through the same 2 hour 40 minute timeframe, all the same price points, and the 10-minute decrements. NOTE: The lowest price point of 0.1 ETH will last for an hour this time (assuming there are any available NEKOs remaining at that price point).**
3. This Second Dutch Auction will begin 10 mins after the Private Sale ends. This means that the Second Dutch Auction will begin at November 8, 2021 5:00 PM and has a set end time of November 8, 2021 8:40 PM.

The Guildmaster Tier 2 & 3 Free Mint window will begin right after this Second Dutch Auction sale is completed.

Additionally, the reveal of all NEKOs will occur on November 9, 2021 9:00 PM.***

4. There will be NO REWARDS tied to the different price points as in the first Dutch Auction. As such, we recommend that you DO NOT mint at the higher price tiers and that you try to purchase at the lower price points such as 0.3 ETH to 0.1 ETH, or whichever price you are willing to pay. Consider this a SECOND CHANCE to purchase the NEKOs in a Dutch Auction environment where there is a potential of reduced gas wars.
5. Same as the first Dutch Auction, a quarter of any additional proceeds of NEKOs sold over 0.1 ETH will be transferred into the Community Wallet.
